MAUVE is your AI assistant that operates exclusively through Telegram. We provide:

• Smart Conversations: Chat with MAUVE about anything—productivity, organization, life advice
• Task Management: Set reminders, schedule events, manage your calendar
• Google Integration: Connect your Gmail and Calendar (with your permission)
• Privacy-First Design: Your conversations auto-delete after 25 messages
• Professional Growth: Personalized challenges and accountability

We may update features, but we'll always keep you informed of major changes.

To use MAUVE, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Have a Telegram account to communicate with MAUVE

You're responsible for all activity under your account. If something seems off, let us know immediately.

How Billing Works:

• Choose from our Pay-As-You-Go ($5/month + $0.05/response), Basic ($10/month), Standard ($29/month), or Power User ($49/month) plans
• All subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew unless you cancel
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal
• If you exceed your plan's included responses and have overage enabled, you'll be charged $0.05 per extra response

Cancellation & Refunds:

• Cancel anytime from your Subscription tab—you'll keep access until your billing cycle ends
• No refunds for partial months (you've already gotten value from MAUVE's help)
• Overage charges are final—we trust you to monitor your usage

Your privacy isn't just important to us—it's fundamental to how MAUVE works:

• Encrypted Storage: Your messages, reminders, and personal data are encrypted in our database
• Auto-Delete: Conversations automatically delete after 25 messages for maximum privacy
• Telegram Security: We operate through Telegram's encrypted platform
• Limited Access: Even our team can't read your conversations
• Third-Party Integration: When you connect Google services, you control what we can access

You can:

• Use MAUVE for personal productivity and professional growth
• Connect your Google services and Telegram
• Share feedback and suggestions
• Export your data if needed

Please don't:

• Use MAUVE for illegal activities
• Try to hack, spam, or abuse our service
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious content or violate others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer MAUVE's AI

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

You own: Your messages, data, and any content you create

We own: MAUVE's AI, our website, branding, and technology

Shared license: You give us permission to use your data to provide the service (like responding to your messages), and we give you permission to use MAUVE for your productivity needs.

Neither of us can steal the other's stuff. Fair and simple.

We work hard to keep MAUVE running smoothly, but we're honest about limitations:

• Uptime: We aim for 99%+ availability, but occasional maintenance happens
• AI Responses: MAUVE is advanced but not perfect—sometimes she might misunderstand
• Third-Party Dependencies: If Telegram or Google services go down, it affects us too
• Feature Updates: We regularly improve MAUVE, which might temporarily change functionality

MAUVE is provided "as is" with the understanding that:

• We can't guarantee perfect AI responses 100% of the time
• You're responsible for important decisions—MAUVE provides advice, not orders
• Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months
• We're not liable for indirect damages (like lost productivity)

This isn't us trying to avoid responsibility—it's standard protection that lets us offer an innovative service at fair prices.

You can leave anytime: Cancel your subscription and delete your account from the Settings page.

We might end the relationship if:

• You violate these terms repeatedly
• Your account is used for illegal activities
• You attempt to abuse or hack our service

If we terminate your account, you'll get notice and any remaining subscription time refunded (unless termination was for abuse).

Changes to These Terms: We'll update these terms occasionally. Major changes will be announced via email and in MAUVE. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in California.
