Conversation Content

Messages you send and assistant responses you receive. Conversation content is stored to provide context, memory, and continuity.

Reminders and Calendar Data

Reminders you set and calendar event details you choose to manage via MAUVE.

Integrations

Identifiers needed to deliver features you enable (e.g., Telegram ID). Optional integrations you connect (e.g., Google Calendar) are used only to perform the requested function.

Payments

When subscribing, we process payments via PayPal. We do not store full card details; PayPal processes payment data.

Information We Collect Automatically

Service Usage

Basic event and quota data needed to operate subscriptions (e.g., response counts, plan limits, subscription status).

Device/Log Data

Standard web and app logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps). We avoid logging message content wherever possible.

Used to keep you signed in and improve experience.

Information from Third Parties You Enable

Payment Processor (PayPal)

Subscription and payment status, webhooks, and identifiers necessary to track billing.

AI Model Providers

When you use MAUVE, your prompts are transmitted to configured model providers (e.g., OpenRouter, Mistral, OpenAI) to generate responses.

Optional Integrations

Telegram (your Telegram ID), Google Calendar (events metadata you request MAUVE to manage).

How We Use Information

Generate assistant responses, maintain conversation context/memory, schedule reminders, and manage calendar events you request.

Start, verify, and maintain subscriptions; enforce plan limits and optional pay-as-you-go overage.

Important Note on AI Model Providers

Your prompts and necessary context are sent to the configured AI model provider solely to generate responses. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train our own models. Third-party providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Telegram linkage can be removed at any time. On subscription cancellation we also disconnect Telegram access.
